I have things to say! I have no time to say them.
That isn't altogether true, but my excuse this morning is that I got up and ran on the treadmill.
Not a bad alternative to writing, I'd say.
But I will be back, hopefully later this evening with some thoughts and an update.
Running on the treadmill!!! Good for you. I use mine to hang clothes on when I'm packing. I think it has yet to break into double digit mileage...and I've had it for years collecting dust in the back bedroom.
ReplyDeleteKeep up the exercise; it's good for both body and mind.
Yes!!
ReplyDeleteAWESOME!!!! Keep it up! :-D
ReplyDeleteYou've inspired me to at least try to get some exercise done; I'm currently snowed in in Dijon and am a bit ill but I still need to walk for a bit.

...and the endorphins kicked in and made the thoughts all go far away...
ReplyDeleteThey tell me that physical exercise is good for one's emotional equilibrium. I believe them, but will probably never experience it.
Actually, when I was 40 I was quite into all that breathing and sweating, and I was gorgeous. But sore all the time. My brain was happy though.
